Refund and Returns Policy
At Elite Firearms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before completing your order.
Firearms
All firearm sales are final once the transfer is complete. No returns or exchanges are accepted on firearms after the ATF Form 4473 has been completed and the firearm has been transferred to the purchaser. This is a legal requirement and applies to all firearm purchases.
Accessories, Optics & Gear
We accept returns on accessories, optics, and gear within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all included materials. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Opened items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion. Defective items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Ammunition
All ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ammunition under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at eme.elitefirearms@gmail.com or call us at (843) 877-6368. Please include your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Elite Firearms reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
