Firearms
All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on firearms unless approved. Subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is a legal requirement and applies to all firearm purchases.
Accessories, Optics & Gear
We accept returns on accessories, optics, and gear within 15 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all included materials. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Online orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Opened items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion. Defective items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return/exchange, contact us at saleselitefirearms@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
